| 1 | cup fiber one |
| 1 | cup old fashioned oats |
| 1 | cup applesauce |
| 1 | cup egg beaters |
| 1/2 | cup blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup slivered almonds |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | teaspoon nutmeg |
| 1/4 | teaspoon mace |
- Mix all ingredients
- add 1/3 cup scoops to greased muffin tins
- bake at 350 for half an hour
