Crunchy Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Fiber one and oatmeal along with slivered almonds make this a very moist and crunchy muffin.

Ingredients
1 cup fiber one
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup applesauce
1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon mace
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. add 1/3 cup scoops to greased muffin tins

  3. bake at 350 for half an hour
