Fiber one cereal is crunchy, low cal and yummy. I use mini chocolate chips.
| 3 | cups fiber one |
| 2 | tbsp Peanut butter |
| 5 | egg whites |
| 1/3 | cup chocolate chips |
| 1/2 | cup slivered almonds |
| 1/2 | cup craisins |
| 1/3 | cup sugar free marmalade |
| 1/2 | cup splenda |
| 1/2 | tsp cream of tartar |
- Preheat oven 325'
- Grease 13x9 pan with Pam cooking spray
- Melt SF Marmalade and peanut butter in microwave safe dish *this should only take a few seconds*
- Mix in almonds, craisins, chocolate chips and fiber one
- Add peanut butter marmalade mixture and coat the fiber one mixture well.
- Beat egg whites slowly adding cream of tartar and splenda until very stiff
- fold together fiber one mixture and egg whites
- Press mixture lightly into greased pan
- bake for 30 minutes.
- cool and cut in equal pcs and store in air tight container
