Recipe Ingredients for crunchy chocolate peanut protein bar

3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup water
1 cup crispy rice
2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 scoops protein powder
1/4 cup splenda

Recipe Directions for crunchy chocolate peanut protein bar

  1. Bring water and honey to boil.

  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla and lower to simmer.

  3. Meanwhile mix oats, cereal, splenda, protein powder, in a bowl.

  4. Take liquid off stove once peanut butter is melted into mixture.

  5. Mix the liquid into dry ingredients until you have moist bar mixture.

  6. Spread the mixture onto smallish a baking pan.

  7. Put the baking pan in the oven under broil for 2-3 min
