Crunchy Taco Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings


Awesome Body for Life/ Eating for Life taco salad.

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey, lean
15 oz chili beans, in chili sauce
5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup salsa
1/2 Kraft Fat Free Cheddar Cheese
1 tomato, diced
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 oz tortilla chips, baked
Directions
  1. Brown turkey meat until no pink.

  2. Add beans and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.

  3. On plate place chopped romaine, then top with meat/ bean mixture.

  4. Follow with tomatoes, cheese, onions, sour cream, and salsa.

  5. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top.
