Does anyone have a good crustless quiche recipie to share?  I prefer one made w/ real eggs rather than egg beaters, and nutrition info if you have it.

thanks in advance!

Sorry, I don't have any recipes.  I don't think I'd like quiche without the crust!  (why must I always love things that don't love me back?)

Here's an old family recipe.

Saute 1 cup finely chopped onion in a bit of olive oil; place in 9" pie plate (I put a few fine bread crumbs on bottom of plate ).  Add diced cooked meat (ham, chicken, etc) over if you wish.  Blend 4 eggs, 1 16oz can evaporated milk (can use evaporated skim milk) pinch salt, pinch cayenne.  Pour over onion/meat combination.  Top with 3/4 cup grated cheese.  Bake 350F 30-40 minutes till set and golden.

Depending on what I have on hand I've added thinly sliced mushrooms and other finely chopped veges like red/green peppers etc.
