lol, when I lost weight to from an very full B, to a A.

I agree with rawly, Victoria's Secret is a savior.  Try the Very Sexy bra, I love the padding it looks very natural.

I look at padding as there to enhance what you already have.  If you have too much padding it will look fake.

Remember all the joys of being smaller:

1- easier to exercise

2- no sagging!!!!

3- you do not have to adjust for the girls, so you can buy smaller tops.

4- you can wear all the really cute bras, that do not support out larger friends

If anyone has any others I would love to hear them!!!!

I went from 235 lbs. to 158 so far. So far I went from a 40C all the way down to a 36B, after all the exersizes and 35 lbs. more to go, I am guessing that it will be a 34A if there is such a size. Yes, it is so sad. But what are you going to do, better than obesity and poor health. Honey, the boobs will still work the same, just won't bounce and sag as much!! lol

so far ive lost about 40-45lbs and i think ive only gone from a full C to a not so full C. im pretty sure by the time im done ill be down to a B. its kinda sad ive only been a C for a little over a year and i already have to have them taken away. but hey as long as the rest of the weight keeps going down proportionally ill be happy.

yes I wish I was a 34A but I have a large back & shoulders & I am 36 minimum even with weight loss & I don't want it digging in.  all the A cup bra's are 34 grr

I started at 225 and was a 38 full C.....Now after about 60 lbs lost I am a 36 small B...I am hoping that I can lose 20 more lbs and not go down to an A but that might be wishful thinking....I want to be healthy, but it does feel like a demotion!...I did recently buy a few nice victoria's secret bras though and they do help things. :)

I always wondered why women feel it's so important to have a big chest. I think most people would agree that it looks nicer to be at a healthy weight with small breasts than to be overweight with lots of cleavage.

If it's for a man, I find that the men worth having don't care what size your chest is.

Maybe you've never been saddled with a large rack, but once you've had them a while, they sorta become battle buddies.  Good friends who have seen a whole lot of combat, together, with you, people looking at them, not your face so much.

Watching them wither away in the old folks home is a little sad, like putting down Ol' Yeller.

LOL or when you get them then like a good friend moving away... they are gone.

I can hardly wait until that day comes for me.  I just hope that they won't sag anymore.  Would anyone know at what age there still is hope to have them bounce back (not sag) after a weight loss??  Even though I've lost 15 pounds, it's still a 38C for me!  On the plus side (no pun intended), I've been told that my face is slimmer.

You can seriously have mine. I have 38DD, 40DD when I started dieting, at a healthy weight the best I can hope for is 36D.

It's really no fun at all. Every cute dress or tank top is cut for smaller boob-ed women, as are bathing suits, etc. And they physically try to escape anything I put them in, they're like bad children. I have yet to find an effective sports bra, and except for one 'A' for one class, they haven't really done much for me...

Trade?

I've been an A cup since I grew boobs. Even after I had my baby and my boobs grew I am still an A almost a B but my bra size is A36. I like that about myself though.

I agree I do like mine also, but sometimes a push-up bra is the best thing ever.

/sigh.  I could probably pass out a cup to all of you A's on here.  I gained weight and a good chunk went to my boobs.....40G.  Please take some, I miss being a D.

Girl..u can have mine. 36D and I would LOVE to be a B. U get to wear all the cute tops. If I try to wear them...I look like an attention grabbin slut. lol. God has blessed me with XL T&A. Ill keep the A but u can have the T.

I have always thought about opening my own business. A clothing store that caters to women who have been blessed with both but a small waist size! lol I have always had a problem finding clothes that fit me right. OR if it does fit I look trashy :(

I've been learning (and teaching) karate for the past five years and having small breasts is a big plus!  Less to jiggle when doing those jumps, less to get in the way of doing hook punches and uppercuts, easier to keep your hands and arms up in the "guard" position, and less of a target when sparring (practice fighting)!

I've pretty much made my peace with my small boobs, though I know my husband has an eye for large ones, there is no way I'd get surgery.  They nursed my child and are in good shape so I'd never mess with them.  I do often wonder what it would be like to have bigger breasts, but it just wasn't my lot in life, even before I lost weight they were small.  Reading all the reasons to appreciate smaller breasts here has helped!  And Tjlo, it is pretty common to find 36 A bras, even 38 once in a while.  Keep looking, there is no reason to be crammed into a 34 if it doesn't fit.  I have a wide body and small breasts which is so hard to find bras for.  And lingerie, forget it!  They assume if you wear a size Large your breasts must be large too.  I have left the lingerie store crying more than once because so many beautiful and sexy clothes looked ridiculous with the big empty bra cups.

Yup. It's just part of it.

I went from a 38C (full) to a 34B. I've maintained that for about 5 years now. I however hate the way I look in padded bras. I choose not to use them. I prefer a more natural look I guess. But, whatever makes you feel best is what you should do!

No fare tasherie, I want the A!

thanks tamajinn, & LOL @ big empty bra cups.

I decided long before I committed to losing my excess weight that if my boobs (currently a DD down from a DDD-F Surprised) deflated too much, I'm game for enhancement.  I've struggle with my boobs since 3rd grade (who the hell wears a B cup in the 3rd grade?) and I've grown to love them...They're just part of who I am...I have big hooters lol.

I am the same as minda . . . have always been a 38DD. A few years back, i lost 20 pounds and only shrunk to 36D (in some bras, others still the DD).

it is not fun - shopping is horendous - you can't wear the all the sexy bras, cute tops, dresses, swim suits etc. because they just don't come that big. sometimes you can find things mail order, but then they cost a fortune. to complicate things, i am also short. i cannot wear blouses because by the time i get one large enough to fit the chest, they are too big everywhere else.

they definitely make running and excercise in general more challenging.

on the plus side (no pun intended) they do help balance the figure out. even when i have been my heaviest, i have had an hourglass figure - just a larger hourglass!

i had once considered having reduction surgery and my husband at the time was strongly opposed . . . i remember once my sister, in my defense, had said to him 'strap two five pound bags of sugar around your neck for a week and see how you feel'. LOL. I do wonder sometimes how much they really do weigh.
