A cure for the Chocolate craving

Quote  |  Reply

I have found a thing called sipping chocolate. It is in the gourmet section of the market

Add 1 cup of skim milk 90 calories

1 tsp of sipping chocolate 30 calories

1 tsp sugar 16 calories

136 calories and it is rich tasty yummy and killed the chocolate craving

The sipping chocolate recommended that you 3 tsp but 1 was more than enough...

I would save some calories for this...

I think also that it takes time to make

So I m forced to think about it... before I eat it....

This is very rich... so you may even want to share it...

I am finding that as I am going off the sugar when I do have it... ackk... just a tiny bit is enough...

Best of luck my fellow CC

Where can you get the sipping chocolate?
"It is in the gourmet section of the market" is what the poster said in her post about where to find the chocolate.

I would go to a higher scale market that you have in town or you can google... it

trader Joe's has it too
I usually just get packets of sugar free hot cocoa... only 60 calories. Plus they can be made with mint tea or coffee for more variety.
