hi guys just wondering what how peoples weight has fluctuated.

im 5 4" and my heaviest weight was 168lbs about 2 and half years ago and my lowest weight was 126lbs last august when i got motivated to lose weight for a holiday. Im now at 146 lbs, i think the reason i put back on all that weight was because i quit smoking. Im now alot heavier and smoking again.

Would love to know your guys stories

Lowest Weight: Absolutley no clue. Probably freshman year in highschool and I don't even know what that was. I actually go by my lowest weight senior year in highschool, which was 222. (My next goal). Graduated in '02

Highest Weight: 271 on June 11th this year.

Current: 227.5
Well when I joined Jenny Craig a few years ago I was horrified to see that I was almost at 221lbs! But I lost a lot of it fairly quickly, I went down to 166 and wanted to lose roughly another 20 lbs. But unfortunately stressful triggers came into play, really horrible things happened and the fact that I was plateuing didn't help matters. I ended up sadly gaining back it, almost anyway, I went back up to 207 but now right around 200. I still feel like a fat disgusting pig, especially for letting things get to me like they did :( And this is what I did to myself as a result.
I'm 5'8 and have been working down from my highest weight since May.

Highest weight-203
lowest-127(ED in highschool)
current-183

My goal is 140-150, depending on how I look. :)
I'm 20 and 5'5". Heaviest: 205 lbs (2-3 years ago). Lightest: 165 lbs (my current weight!).

It wasn't a steady decline though. I lost 30, gained 10. Lost 5, gained 10, lost 5....you get the idea! But this summer I lost 20 lbs and, oh, it's staying off!
I'm 5'2"

Highest Weight: 198

Current Weight: 184

Lowest Weight: 114

Target Weight: 126

(Figured that one couldn't hurt as my lowest weight isn't my goal weight)
I'm 5'4"

Highest end of senior year of highschool: 140

Lowest Beginning of Senior Year: 116

Current: 128
5'4", woman, 24 years old

Highest - 2004 - 168ish
Lowest/Current - 137

Original goal weight of 140, now pushing goal lower. Not sure about wisdom of that.

SHORT VERSION:

(I'm 6'2")

Heaviest: 275 lbs, November 2005

Lowest: 172 or so, mid-late 1990

 Current: 223 lbs.

LONG VERSION:

I was around 225-235 in the last couple years of high school.  Joined the military and got down to 190, got excited about it and lost another 20 lbs by starving and smoking a lot.  After yo-yo-ing, I quit smoking and got my weight stabilized at about 190 or so from about 1993 to 1997 by regular exercise, but eating all I wanted.  Started gaining again after kids were born and hit age 30 - didn't have time to exercise anymore.  Started smoking again on occasion in 2000 until 2003, by which time I was up to 235 again.  Got addicted to diet soda and gained 40 more pounds between 2003 and 2005 - beer and snacks were a big part of the problem.  Lost 50 lbs since then by quitting diet soda, calorie tracking, and portion control.  Need to lose another 50 lbs, but am not rushing it.  I love beers on the weekend, but have had to give them up because they make me bloated and destroy my inhibitions - IE I PIG OUT on snacks.  I feel better on the regime I'm on now because I'm exercising, eating right, and feel healthy.

Highest: 168

Lowest: 98

Current: 111

And I need to lose weight because im gaining at least 2 pounds a day and im starting to think I have some form of hypothyroidism.

Highest - 270

Now - 211

Lowest - as a full-grown adult, about 225 in early high school

Goal - for now, under 200.  For later, 160ish maybe.

Highest adult weight:  220 (when I started cc)

Current: 209

Lowest "adult" weight: 129 (actually I was 17 and a senior in high school, but my body was grown.)

I know I'll never see that again, but I'm just trying to get my BMI in the "healthy" range.

I'm 31, and 5'8".

Highest weight - almost 250, probably 247 or 248. I remember that it scared me. (for the last few years, I was fluctuating in the 230s-240s, but I hadn't gotten that close to the 250 "barrier" before). I was at 240 when I started CC last May.

Current weight - 205

Lowest weight, if "adult" means fully grown - somewhere in the high 140s-mid150s, in my late teens. Was about 160-170ish by early 20s and 212 by 23, and from then, barring a few small fluctuations, it's stayed high.

I don't think I'll realistically see 150 again. (But I'd be happy with 170, honestly.) Right now I'm in this weird place where my weight loss has slowed down, and I don't have as much control over my intake anymore (I spent the whole summer at home, but now I'm really busy). I have resigned myself to the fact that I won't be at goal by Christmas, as I had hoped. But I could try to lose about another 15 by Christmas, and then the rest before next summer.
My highest weight was 220-something.  I lost 40 pounds and got to the high 170's when I met my now-fiance by walking excessively and not eating.  I ended up getting sick for 7 months because I pretty much killed my immune system, so I'm not going to go that route to lose more weight.

My lowest weight is my current weight.  At 172 pounds.  I shot up to 190 while living with my fiance and when he asked me to marry him, I started taking better care of myself and am now at 172 and by next week I anticipate being 170.

Lowest: I've been fat since I was 9 years old, so it's  had for me to say. I guess, at one point in high school, I weighted 230. That was my lowest adult weight.

Highest: 280. OMFG 280!!

Now:  273. I've been using CC since the last week in August, with two days of binging in there when I was on vacation. Not a bad start, I'd say.

My goal is to get down to 150 within the next two years (or longer if I'm successful at getting pregnant).

I'm 5'8"

Highest: 230 lbs

Lowest: 132 lbs

Current: 150 lbs

Goal: 140 lbs

Yay! I wanna be healthy!
my story...always the fattest of my friends, ever since I was little. I really started to put on the weight in grade 5 and continued to until grade 9, only I a little mor porpotionate in my later years because I got a little taller. I would eat out of boredom and mainly because it tasted good, I honestly believe during those years I never knew what it felt like to be hungry because I was contantly stuffing my face and I had no idea what portion size meant.

So 2-3 years ago, after the chirstmas holidays, I hit 180 pounds at 5 foot 2. I made it my new years resolution to lose weight and this time I stuck to it. My mom started out the year that way too and we went to the track about 3 times a week, and I started to run. I had never ever been able to run a full lap without stopping, but I did the 2nd time we went. Then I made it a goal to try to add a lap or a 1/2 a lap without stopping everytime we went, and eventually I was running 7-9 laps straight before my mom wanted to go home. I never ate breakfast but I made an effort to at least have a protein shake or something small in the morning. At the beginning I never even counted calories for school lunches I didnt liek sandwhiches so I would bring some crackers, a yogurt, some veggies, and a few pieces of lunch meat, so I got somehting from each food group. I cut out pop, that was a huge thing...i used to drink 3-4 cans of pop a week. Then I would jsut have what my mom made me for dinner, and tried to eat smaller amounts.. I think within the first month i had dropped 20 pounds, I couldnt belive it and that just motivated me to keep on going.

do date, I have lost 50 pounds, but I was down 58 at one point. The major weight loss was finished probably January of this year and Im just trying to lose a couple I have recently gained back.

Highest weight: 221 lbs in May 2007

Lowest weight: 125 in my early college days (a long time ago... I am 54)

Current weight: 171 lbs

My goal weight is 138 - this will put me safely in a healthy BMI for my 5'3" height.

I have lost 50 lbs in 114 days, so I am feeling very good about the results. Eating very healthy foods and walking a lot.

My highest weight was 207. Prior ot CC, I hadn't been on a scale in about 5 years, so I have no idea what my lowest weight was. I was 12 the last time I remember being on a scale.
My current weight is 187.

Highest Weight: 183  (senior year of college)
Lowest Weight: 135 (senior year of high school)
Current Weight: 166
Goal Weight: 135

Getting there...

I'm 5'4"!

highest: 150
lowest: 95
current: 95-100ish.
