hi guys just wondering what how peoples weight has fluctuated.

im 5 4" and my heaviest weight was 168lbs about 2 and half years ago and my lowest weight was 126lbs last august when i got motivated to lose weight for a holiday. Im now at 146 lbs, i think the reason i put back on all that weight was because i quit smoking. Im now alot heavier and smoking again.

Would love to know your guys stories

I'm a bit taller than 5'2" (though I desperate want to be a 5'3"). My weight was at its highest probably between February and May of this year, at around 125 pounds (after that dreadful class trip to Ottawa that involved a chocolate factory). My lowest and current weight is between 104 and 106 pounds. After losing almost 20 pounds in two months I'm increasing my calorie intake again while trying to stabilize my weight.

Highest weight: 301 pounds

Lowest weight: 144 pounds

Current weight 145 pounds

lowest Im guessing around  125ish when I was in highschool, and i thought I was fat THEN.. Gosh..

Highest weight ~135 (sophomore year of high school)

Lowest weight ~94 (in college and very active)

Would like to get down to about 110-112 and maintain it

Hi my name is Kristi.  My highest weight has been 274 right after I had my little girl and that was 4 years ago.  I am currently at 236.  My lowest weight has been 165 and that was when I was 19.  I was always an overwieght little girl.  I got up to 200 then went on a diet and lost down to 165 and kept it off for 2 years until I got pregnant with my sonat which point that started my climb up to 274.  I need to lose this weight because I feel like a pig and pictures of me look awful.  I hate to have my picture taken.  I look so big.

Highest: 224 lbs... measured on the day I joined a gym for the first time (September 1999)

Lowest: 158 lbs (September 2006). I think it was an anomoly because the next day, I was 160! I also hadn't been eating right for a few weeks prior.

Current: Fluctuating between 165-167 (gah).

I'm 5'6 and I'd like to get to 150 eventually.

Lowest: 120  Back when I was a waitress and was running around constantly.  That was slightly underweight but I didn't do it on purpose...all I ate was the food there!!!Laughing

Highest: 220 (currently... and this is the same as it was when I started even after working out 3-4xs a week for two months ... ARUG)

Lowest: 150 (when I was a teenager)

Weight at my thinnest/fittest: 180, I had very little body fat and a lot of muscle, I might have actually been a little "under weight" fat wise... I also have a large/thick bone structure.

 I dont really pay attention to those BMI things that use height and weight because they dont take into account muscle density/bone density and frame size (although the one on this site made an effort and im impressed)

I'm 5'7" and my highest ever was: 240

Current: 183

I'm almost to my lowest ever, which was when I was about 20: 177 

Goal: 155

Im 5'6"

145 Lightest (Aug 90)

I was dieting and playing volleyball 4 nights weekly to maintain my lowest weight so Im shooting for 175.  I plan to be 250 by Dec 08.
