currant, heaviest and lowest weight
hi guys just wondering what how peoples weight has fluctuated.
im 5 4" and my heaviest weight was 168lbs about 2 and half years ago and my lowest weight was 126lbs last august when i got motivated to lose weight for a holiday. Im now at 146 lbs, i think the reason i put back on all that weight was because i quit smoking. Im now alot heavier and smoking again.

Lowest Weight: 130-140 {1999-2000}
Current Weight: 235
Goal Weight: 180
5'6 1/2
High weight: 190 lbs
Low weight: 125 lbs
Current weight: 182 lbs
Goal weight: Between 140-150 lbs

Goal: get ripped, maybe drop 2-3 lbs
almost 6'0 (5 '11 and 3/4 to be exact)
lowest weight: 108 - 21 years old (probably got lower, but didnt step on the scale for a while after that)
Highest weight: almost 190 - 25 years old
Current weight: 140 (just turned 36)
Goal: Continue to Eat healthfully, workout, lose fat (only in a safe range of course), build muscle, give myself a break when necessary.

Highest Weight: 190 lbs (Senior year of high school right before leaving for college)
Lowest: 129/130 (During my few years of Grad School, was in Excellent shape, but found it hard to maintain that weight and kept creeping back up to 135)
Current: ~153 (haven't had a weigh-in in awhile, last weigh-in was 156, but can tell have lost since then; traveling, moving overseas, getting married, and having a baby haven't agreed with my figure!)
Goal: 135lbs, get back into shape and run a half marathon early next year
I'm 5'8" and 24
at my highest weight I was 230lbs - after 4 years at uni eating pizza, beer, curry etc
at my lowest I was just 126 lbs - i was probably too thin then as i have quite broad shoulders but i was in secondary school and didnt really eat properly
my current weight is 221lbs - i'm trying to get down to 145-150 over 2 years, but have set myself an intermediate target of 195lbs by my birthday in september.

my highest weight was 220 (2005) after I had my son
my lowest was 130lbs (before I became pregnant)
my current is (190lb)
my goal is 140lb
I guess you can say I let my self go after I had my son who is going on 3 and I never done anything about it until now!

The lowest I can remember being since I started high school was around 205.
Today I am... 205! I'm so excited to break the 'low' barrier! Also, at 205 I just scrape in at 29.9 BMI, which takes me from obese to overweight!

I am currently at my new low, 196.8 pounds. Almost 8 pounds lower!
