hi guys just wondering what how peoples weight has fluctuated.

im 5 4" and my heaviest weight was 168lbs about 2 and half years ago and my lowest weight was 126lbs last august when i got motivated to lose weight for a holiday. Im now at 146 lbs, i think the reason i put back on all that weight was because i quit smoking. Im now alot heavier and smoking again.

Would love to know your guys stories

I have a new current weight and a new lowest weight since joining Calorie Count, so I should update.

My highest (again) was 198 on January 8th 2008.

My lowests stayed the same as well:
H.S. 132
College 160
Since joining CC 170.8

Currently 172.4

My goals are still the same:
Realistically, 148:  50 pounds from start.
Ideally, 135
Unrealistically, 123: 75 pounds from start.

My highest weight ever was 136.9 on February 27th of this year and that was what motivated me to start my current diet. My lowest weight was 114.4 which was a couple of days ago and my weight now is 114.6. and I am 5'0.5, 22 years old, and my goal is to get down to at least 105.

I am 5'5" and 25 years old...

Highest weight: 142...this was the end of college where I ate tons of junk and drank way too much!

Lowest Weight: 105...this was the result of my ED that I developed after college graduation

Current weight: 120

I am currently maintaining 120 pounds as I am recovering from my ED

i'm 5'1", female, almost 31 years old.

highest weight- 277 pounds in January when i freaked out and started CCP.

lowest weight- as an adult? probably close to 145 at 18. 200 by 19.

current weight- 240.5...i love ccp!

my highest weight was 200 lbs and that was the end of last year

my lowest weight was 142, when i was 18

current weight is 184, 20 lbs to go

My highest was 197lb, in November last year, and after seeing that number on the scale (i.e. when I cracked 14 stone), I decided to try and change it.

Lowest was ~148lb in 2003 at age 19, after a very unhealthy lifestyle change and what could have gone too far and landed me with an ED.

Currently I'm swinging wildly between 171 and 174, the lightest I've been in at least 3 years, with a goal weight of 150lb. About 23lb to go, but I'm plateauing now due to losing motivation after hitting the half way point :(

I am so excited, I just broke my 7 1/2 week plateau at 106.8 with a trip to Disney World... something about the walking maybe? I ate ice cream and hot dogs and burgers, too. =)

Hi, my hw is 139 and my cw is 138 and my gw is 125. i am a 31 year old stay at home mom and i am 5, 3. i keep not eating in the day and binge at night. have for the last 4 days but, today is a new day!

My lowest weight that I know of was around 165lbs freshman year of high school. My highest weight was righter graduating high school in 2006. I weighed myself one day at home and found out I weighed 245lbs. Before then, my heaviest weight was 200 or so pounds. I was having none of it.

I lost 30 of it, got married in 2007 to my husband, and gained 20-ish pounds of it back. I had lost it rather unhealthily before (way too few calories with way too much exercise to combat what little I did eat), and this time I am taking my time with the weight loss. I started to lose weight again March 1st of this year, and have lost roughly 15lbs since then. Current weight is now 220.

I want to be down to 200 by the time my husband comes home from Iraq in late September. =)

I am 5 foot even.

Lowest weight: 67 pounds- Anorexia.

Highest weight: 87 pounds- 6th grade

Current weight: 82 pounds- recovery

Goal weight: 85-87 pounds, hopefully by the end of summer.

My goal weight is small because I have a small frame and high mentabolism. I figure that since I only weighed 87 when I had a normal relationship with food (And ate JUNK all the time) that I can be at the same weight and be much healthier. And, yes, my docter approves.

I was recently at my highest weight EVER, excluding my 2 pregnancies, which I was 171 and 173 the days before both births! YIKES!!

Hi, I'm 5'6 and 26 years old.

Highest weight 171.5 (exactly two years ago.  I was working a LOT... and eating/drinking a LOT... I cried when I saw the scale!)

Lowest weight: 123 (midway through college..2001/02.. I was depressed over a boy and lost my appetite - VERY rare for me)

Current weight: 145 (pretty happy.. trying for 139!)

Lowest weight: 125, 3 years ago before I started puberty :|.

Started gaining weight rapidly within months, mid 2001 started gaining & gaining weight. My highest was 254lbs. Before 2001 I had always been size 9/10 about 150 lbs. Since I started CC in June 2008. I have lost about 22 lbs. I am at my lowest weight since 2001. CW 198 GW 150 again. Still have 50 more lbs to lose. Congratulations everyone on your weight loss!

At my heaviest I was 210 which was Sept of 05'. My lightest was 130 which was in 2002. I now am back to 207, my inspiration is to feel better. I cant sleep I hate my clothes and I miss feeling sexy for my husband. This web site says that I should idealy weigh 127. So here I gooooooo......

I'm 24, 5'2:

HW: 226 (about 3 years ago)

LW: 7lbs, 1oz (birth)... seriously though, 135 (while rowing - wanted to be in that light weight boat!!)

CW: 189

GW: 150 initially, then another 15 to 135

I'm 5'6".

highest: 180 at 5'4", about a year and a half ago.

lowest: 145 at 5'3" two years ago, but BMI wise, my current

current: 159 at 5'6" (VERY proud of being under 160, thanks.)

goal: right now, 130, but it depends on how I feel when I get there and by that time I'll probably have grown.
