currant, heaviest and lowest weight
hi guys just wondering what how peoples weight has fluctuated.
im 5 4" and my heaviest weight was 168lbs about 2 and half years ago and my lowest weight was 126lbs last august when i got motivated to lose weight for a holiday. Im now at 146 lbs, i think the reason i put back on all that weight was because i quit smoking. Im now alot heavier and smoking again.

I'm 5'5"
Excluding pregnancy weight, my highest weight was almost three years ago (6 months after my third child was born) at 161lbs...... I went on a diet and managed to go down to my lowest ever weight since leaving school, at 126lbs within about 3 months!
Highest: 2 years post-op for my back, I was at 212. I remember journaling right after surgery that I was shocked at how much I weighed on the hospital scale, but that at least I hadn't reached the dreaded 200 mark...I think I was 198 then.
Lowest: Last summer I was down to 152, and it felt awesome!
Current: I went back up to 170ish during the school year, but now I'm back down to 158 and I'm hoping to reach and maintain 145.
Highest: 172
Lowest: probably my freshman year of highschool... i think i was about 150?
Current: 162.5. And I'm hoping to get down to 145 :]
Highest weight 110lbs

I'm 5"4, 18 and the happiest I've ever been with my weight (the number on the scale does not affect my self worth) and finaly HEALTHY! (I know the BMI's not quite there but i look and feel healthy and have a healthy relationship with food and for me that's what counts) :)

Currently, I believe I'm near 175
Alcohol gave me a nice belly, now I'm trying to slim it down! Trying to find a happy medium.. maybe 140-150 would be nice, at least a good maintenance weight.. hopefully I'll get there before I'm pregnant, just to gain it all back! haha

Lowest: 7lbs 1oz... 1983. Kidding. lowest weight I remember was 135ish when I was rowing on a lightweight 8 in highschool. That was awesome.
Current: 182.5 I've lost 20.5 lbs since I've been here. 32.5 more lbs to go to my first goal!

Current weight = 150.1 pounds last Sunday (fluctuating between 150 and 152)
Lowest weight = 150.1 pounds last Sunday (unless I count back to grade 10 or 11; I know I passed 125 pounds in grade 7; I think I passed 140 pounds in grade 8 or 9; I definitely weighed more than my current weight when I graduated from high school, and I passed 160 pounds sometime during undergrad; no idea when I passed 170 pounds - but getting that heavy was my trigger to start doing something about my weight, so I guess it was a good thing? kind of?)

Lowest: 199lbs in 2003 after going on WW for a month... I celebrated this 20lb weight loss by purchasing a party pizza and therefore you can guess the ending of that story. It involves gaining everything back plus some. (I'm pretty sure I was undereating anyway if I lost 20lbs in a month. Therefore it was only a matter of time when the weight would come back).
Highest: 240lbs in June 2008. I got that high by going to restaurants and eating fast food 3-6 times a week.
Current: 220lbs. Lost the weight by just eating healthy and making sure I only ate when I was hungry. I hit a plateau for the past month though so now I'm thinking of trying out calorie counting. Just to make sure I'm actually getting enough food in me... I don't want to be undereating and gain everything back again. :)
I'm 5ft1 and 17 years old.
My highest weight was around 140-155lb I was 155 in 2007, did slimming world and got to around 140lb when I stopped and went back to eating whatever. Then in the beginning of last year I ate healthy and exercised and got to 105lbish around Nov/Dec 08. I then done a bad thing and got into the habit of only have 2 meals and went to 95lb.
My lowest weight which is also my current weight 95-100lb.
I'm about 5'5 and 21 years old.
My heighest weight was in excess of 175 lbs around Christmas time of last year.
My lowest weight was probably around 130 in high school.
My current weight is 166.4! yay!
My goal is around 130 by October. I say around because I haven't been down there so long, it might be too light for my frame.

Goal: 210 lbs - seems light since I weighed more than that in high school, but it's supposedly the high end of my "healthy" BMI range.
My heaviest was 145lbs, a year and a half ago when I was 19.
Right now, I weight around 119lbs and I'm pretty sure this is also my lowest adult weight.
I remember I was already 130 when I was 15 and that's also when I reached my adult height, 5' 7''.
I want to get down to 110 and then switch to mantainance. However, getting toned is more important for me than weight.
i'm sorry, but i have to say it. a currant is a dried fruit. my current weight is 141.
I'm 22, and 6'2"--and a guy, too.
Heaviest: 289.5 lbs (at my high school graduation freshman year of college)
Current: 190.5 (three long years later!)
Lowest: 190.5
Goal: Well, my immediate goal is to lose that last pesky pound--99 and going for 100. I'm not exactly sure what my ultimate goal is, because I've never been at a healthy weight before, excluding when I was fresh out of diapers, but I'm looking at somewhere in between 175 and 185, I think.
