Is anyone doing curves Smart?  My curves just got Curves Smart machines and I am wondering if anyone knows how effective they are.

I'm doing it too!

Although i've only started a month ago and i'm quite confused with the results its giving me.

I'm watching what i'm eating, but i felt like my clothes were getting tighter.

And when i had my second weigh and measure, i hadn't gained or lost any weight, but my body fat percentage had gone up from 20 - 21.5%

This didn't make sense however, because curves smart focuses on building muscle right?

So currently, i'm totally confused with weather its worthwhile for a weight loss perspective however i can say i feel so much more incredible after doing it - especially since it allows you to track exactly how many calories you burn by putting your little tag into a computer which contains all your details!

I was doing CurvesSmart up until a few months ago (I was bored with the routine after 2 years...that's just me Surprised).  I did notice a change in toning while on the machines.  It's cool because the machines adapt to more (or less) resistance as you go building your history with them.  It took about 6 weeks for me to see a noticeable definition in my arms and legs. (but did notice toning at 4 weeks).

When it came time for measurements, my BF% did drop, and while I gained some inches, it was mainly in my legs and arms (where I was seeing the muscle develop).

Don't get discouraged!  Keep up the good work!!

Best of luck with CurvesSmart!!
