The Curves I go to has has changed to CurvesSmart. The machines track how well you do and you put it into a computer. I just started. Has anyone been doing this, and if so, how do you like it? Is it a better workout?
Also, I do Curves two or three times weekly and I do 10000 steps. Is that enough?
