hopefully this link works.  when are you aiming for?  I agree with Sara that you will need to do this by manipulating your water weight, but I wouldn't think 4 lbs shouldn't be too much to endanger you.  What type of fighting?  will you be dealing with strikes to the head?  I know that is more dangerous if you are dehydrated.

I cut water by sitting in the sauna, coming out periodically to cool off, and going back in.  Can work on meditating there also.

I am a fighter and need to make my weight division.  I am 160 fully hydrated.  I need to be 156 to make the cut.  They weight us in 24 hours and 1 hour before the fight so I can't sweat it off and expect to be hydrated again in time to feel good.

I eat about 2100 calories a day and have been training consistently.  This is well below the calorie intake I believe I should be at but I can't seem to lose the weight.  The break down of my diet is.  fat 20%, protein 40%, Carbs 40%.

Any suggestions on how to lose those last 4 pounds and quick.  The competition is in 9 days.

Here's the post for reference.  I really don't know much about cutting for competition weigh ins.  Some of the BJJ guys that I workout with do crazy things like running in the parking lot before a weigh in to get those last few pounds.  I do know that you'll want to have eliminated as much waste as possible before.  Avoid foods with extra sodium until after the tournament, probably caffeine as well.
