Cutting out the yolk? (Poached Eggs)
I really just want to know(so maybe I could do it tomorrow morning)
that if I want to have a poached egg, can I still take away the calories of the yolk by simply cutting it out AFTER I poach it? (I plan on filling the middle w/bits of turkey bacon and putting it on a whole wheat english muffin w/cheese)
Just wondering if that would be okay/work?

You could just seperate the yolk from the egg white BEFORE you poach it, that should work too!
Or, you could just eat the delicious, nutritious yolk instead of replacing it with unhealthy smoked, cured, extra salty, meat. Egg yolks really do get a bad rap.
