Do you think it works?

Has anybody tried it with positive results?

Every so often I think it's nice to give the digestion a helping hand with a lighter diet, plenty of vegetables, lots of water, that kind of thing.  But I think a lot of 'detox' products sold are a complete waste of money and something of a con.  I think any detox programme that suggests you carry on for more than a day or so is excessive.

Your liver and kidneys.... given half a chance by not being bombarded with processed junk & alcohol etc.,... will do a very efficient job of detoxing your body quite naturally.

I agree w/ gi Jane.  The reason people say they feel so good when they do the detox thing is because they are drinking more water, not drinking alcohol, and eating better.  That's all you really need to do to detoxify your body.
