Daily Caloric Needs
Hi, I'm having trouble figuring out what my daily caloric needs are. I've tried many sites and they all range from 1300-1600. I was wondering if you guys could give me other opinions. Here are my stats:
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Frame: Small
Height: 5'2.5"
Weight: 101 pounds
Goal: Maintenance
Activity level: Sedentary or lightly active

You're technically underweight so you should be aiming to up your weight by 10lbs rather than maintain. If you don't take in enough nutrition you may experience health issues. Start with 2000 cals a day and see how you go. Space meals out evenly, use healthy snacks and drink plenty of water.
