a daily indulgence?

i ate healthy all day.. so i rewarded myself a LITTLE tonight.. haha

breakfast- egg while omlet and 2 pieces of lite wheat bread (only 70 calories for 2 slices!)

lunch- minestrone soup, yumm! a couple crackers, and a piece of colby jack cheese

snack- apple

dinner- small salad, and a whole wheat tortilla

snack- 3 tootsie rolls, and a peanut butter cookie.. i havent had a cookie in ages! yumm...

plus i have exercised every day this week.. and i am still under my daily calorie intake! yayy

any of you eat anything sweet today?

I absolutely have a daily indulgence!!  I eat one square of Dove dark chocolate every singe day.  A serving is 5 pieces at 210 cals.  My 1 little piece is only 42 cals.  Totally worth it!

Had a cup of hot chocolate. Very good and satisfying. Well worth the 140 calories.
Lately mine's been McDonald's ice cream cones...only 150 calories; easy to fit into my daily intake, and a good source of calcium.

To the OP: What is your goal?

It sounds like you're seriously undereating, even with the "treat." 

I have frozen vanilla yogurt with banana nut granola every day as a treat. I pretend it's a tortoni. Tongue out

I finished off the Candy Corn which weighed 26 grams. I had been eating serves of 20 grams every once in a while this week. I know it sounds obsessive but if I don't keep it under control I'll go insane eating junk food. Candy corn is so sweet I get satisfied with just a bit.

to OP, dm84 has a good point. I ate healthy today:

double fibre toast with almond butter and vegemite
Kashi Go Lean Crunch with nonfat milk and a berry yoplait light
Bowl of Spilt Pea soup with Smoked Tofu, 3 saltines
Veggie Turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on double fibre bread
Minneola (like an orange)
Homemade hummus and celery sticks
The "Candy Corn"
Homebaked Tofu
2 cups Wholewheat spaghetti with Marinara Sauce
A big fat medjool date
Total 1,700 calories, 13% fat, 17% protein, 70% carbs

I eat these too! As a matter of fact I pop them in the freezer so I can suck on them until they melt all gooy. mmm. OR I smash a frozen one up and put it in my sorbet for added goodness.

Oh my god, player girl,  you are going to blow up like a balloon with that one cookie, lol.  Life is for living and eating is a part of it.  Decide on your goals, the number of calories to maintain, and live a bit.  One cookie will not hurt if it is part of an overall plan and within a reasonable life style of eating and exercising.
Yep, I eat some form of candy just about every day.  Probably not a good thing, but I make sure to work it into my allowed calories.  My weakness is chocolate these days; the darker the better!  But, I can't eat just one.  It's too yummy and I am not that strong.
fatdoc, I said Confidently : )  *Better than the four I could easily eat, every night and not realize.  I do on occasion have a single pre packaged peice of 65% cocoa dark chocolate (equates to 35 cal's ) and I do have pizza once week, in moderation.  For me, it's about being able to stop at one yummy, goodie or treat.  : )

What was your indulgence, yummy or goodie ?

Yesterday I had 3 Miniature Peacan 'n' Creame chocolate candies (It's Peacans and white chocolate) I havent had it in a while and they're little so it's all good!
