What is your daily menu like?
Hi. I am new, and curious as to what you eat for your meals? Snacks? Do you allow yourself to have soda? How much water? DO you take any diet pills to help with hunger? I am starting my calorie count tomorrow. I want to be able to eat what I want but in portion control by calorie counting. Can you give me some meal ideas?
Hi,
I'm pretty new too, but I start my day with cereal like cherreos, or special k and fat free lactaid, orange juice and 2 glasses of water, this keeps me out of trouble until lunch, then I can have a proggresso soup and some crackers, a fatfree yougurt, and then for dinner, have some fish, tons of vegetables, and very little rice.
I drink about 10 - 12 glasses of water, and I have not drinked sodas in a couple of years now... My doctor gives me a B-12 shot every month and gives me a prescription to curve my appetite along with high blood medication.
I love rice, and I used to fill my plate with rice, then add the meats or beans in top of it, now I use a measuring cup, and only allow myslef a cup of rice, was wierd in the beginning but now after a week, portions are easier to control. I hope this helps.
I generally have either a Zone bar or an egg white omelet w/2% cheese and turkey sausage for breakfast. Some sort of snack and then some kind of meat with veggies and fruit for lunch. Another snack and then an adapted version of what my family is having for dinner.
Be careful with cereals and ceral bars they are very high in sugars....
