I am not going to tell my age, weight or show a picture. This group is about getting healthy and having fun doing it. I am open to ideas from others, and what they are doing to motivate them selves for themselves. What are you doing each day to move your muscles? To make yourself feel pretty and happy. This is not a group that allows us to put our selves down, whine and complain. Self pity is self sabotage. We are just average people doing and average job. Searching for a way of enjoying a healthy and happy life. If you got out of bed this morning, you already started moving your muscles to feel better. If you brushed your teeth and combed your hair, you already moved your muscles. If you put some music on and danced as you made a good healthy breakfast, you moved your muscles and made a good choice based on good nutritional needs. Lets start from were we are today. Let’s not strive to be perfect. Share what you did today to get healthy! When, was your last check-up or saw the dentist? There are all kinds of resources out there regardless of cost. Regardless of not having insurance. I’d be glad to share them. Perhaps you have suggestions. I am not a professional. I have real issues just as average people do.
