Would it be possible to put daily nutrition requirements in the analysis so we can monitor how we are doing?
Thanks ahead.
I think I have the same question. To ask it a different way, after I fill in my food log, I get a report that says how many grams of fat, carbs, etc that I have eaten, but I am not given any information regarding how that fits what I'm ~supposed~ to have eaten for my calorie intake.
I've been clicking around but I can't find it anywhere. To ask the question yet another way, if I consume 25 g. of fat in a day, on a 1700 calorie diet, I have no way to know if I've eaten too much or too little fat. ???? There is no reference to compare too.
Very frustrating. Great site otherwise.....
Metabolic Types...Are you eating what you should?
First of all, click above. Find out what type of eater you are. I am a metabolic eater, and it is recommended that I eat 40% carbs, 30% fats, and 30% protein. If you get worried about lacking in some nutrient, just click on analysis and you will see a pie chart that will show you how you are doing according to what you have logged. There won't be any bells or alarms to let you know that you've overdone it on the carbs, etc; but you can keep track easier and can know with confidence what your next meal should contain. Using that link above along with what CC recommends, you should be able to chart your journey a bit easier. Good luck to the both of you! ![]()
If you hover over the number of calories on your Analysis page, it will show your daily recommended values and your percentage consumed of a number of nutrients.
Thanks mamma kitty! Exactly what I was looking for.......
