Hi,

I'm not sure if theres a topic about this already sorry

I was just wondering what the daily percentages should be of fat, carbs, fibre etc... i'm sticking to calories and trying to eat lots of fruit and veg and drink water but i dont know if im balancing it right?!

I read somewhere else that a low fat diet is considered around:

20% Fat, 15% Protein, and 65% Carbs

I think you will find however that opinions will vary somewhat on this.

20/15/65 is good.  I get around 20/20/60.  Whats more important are the types of fats carbs and proteins.
