Anyone find one that they really like? I was looking into the Womens One A Day Weight Smart? Anyone use this one or try it before?

I like women's one a day, not the weight smart. I took the weight smart for a while, but I heard something bad about it - sorry I can't remember what right now.
I used to take the "Weight Smart" then I found out that the "Womans Daily" (same makers) was $3 cheaper a bottle, so my cheapness came front and I switched. No change in weight or anything.
If I remember correctly, Women's One a Day was one of the better vitamins to take according to a study (maybe the FDA....can't remember)  I just remember that it was better than Vitamen Cottage's brand and that surprised me.
i never use to take vitamins, but i would give the kids theirs, and i thought to myself...... i should take vitamins too.  so i am proud to say centruim spongebob does it for me
I also use Women's One a Day, which I like.  Too bad I'm not that great at swallowing those big pills!
The study was done by ConsumerLab.com and One A Day Women's was one of the ones that passed. Link
I use Women's One a Day Weight Smart. I don't know if it helps with weight loss, but I do think I have more energy when I use it vs. a similar womans daily vitamin.
I use Vitamin Shoppe multi-vitamin.  I share with my husband so we get the kind with no iron, so I take an iron supplement too, and of course I also take a calcium supplement (as all women should).  I'm very happy with Vitamin Shoppe brand, and very much prefer it to GNC because it has more vitamins (with GNC you have to take two to get the same amount) and it's cheaper.  Not much cheaper, but a little, hee.
I take Centrum, but only one instead of the two they say to take on the bottle.  I'm pretty sure I get the rest of my nutrients through my regular diet.
mfchill:  very good link!

I take Centrum Chewable multivitamins..they kind of remind me of an orange drink of sorts..and are at least palatable lol.  I only take really 3 or 4 a week (when I happen to remember...just works out that way)  So I figure..if it turns out to be harmful..only took them half my days!  If it turns out to be brilliant..well, I'm halfway to much better health!

I may have to check out the One A Day Women's once I run out of centrum...are they for all ages? (I'm 19 fyi)
I used to take One a Day Weight Smart but they made me sick.. heard it made others sick too... I moved on to a chewable multivitamin.
I take Country Life Adult Multi.  It's chewable and tastes pretty good.  The pills make my tummy hurt.  I also take a liquid calcium, a sublingual B complex and fish oil.  I've also taken the gummy multis for kids, as they are delicious, but  I've found these ones are more cost effective.
Thanks for posting that link mfchill... very informative..! Since my daughter takes daily chewable vitamins I was glad to see that the flinstone vitamins were on the list that passed the tests.
The makers of One A Day Weight Smart were recently named in a lawsuit and have to pay a fine for making false claims about weight loss. Here's a news article on it: http://snipurl.com/1c94c

BTW...I've been taking them for quite awhile. Can't say they've helped any with weight loss, but I haven't had any problems with them making me sick. Will probably try the "Women's Daily" when I run out and hope they don't bother my stomach like so many other vitamins do.
I actually get sick when I take adult multivaitamins, or really any large vitamin supplement, even my calcium supplement makes me nauseous sometimes.  My doctor told me that Flintstone's vitamins give you the same stuff and actually in better proportions (you don't want to overdo it on most minerals and many vitamins because of side effects)
Vitamins make me nauseous too unless I eat them with food.  Those of you who are also reporting that they make you sick, have you tried taking them with food?  I take mine with dinner every night.
I can take Centrum or HEB's brand multvitamin, etc.. but the One a Day Weight Loss vitamins made me have diarrhea and made my friend VERY sick to the stomach.. with or without food.

I also read remarks on Amazon.com - a lot of comments there about how they make some people sick...
I use the GNC-Women's active multi vitamins, and I like them better than the one a day's.  I think I get more out of them
I take Centrum's Multi Vitamin about 3-4 times a week, a Vitamin C suppliment OR Airbourne if I am feeling sickly or around sick people (my kid, roommate, coworkers, ect)

The odd thing is that I don't ever feel like eating healthy food when I have taken a multi vitamin, but when I don't take the vitamin I crae fruits and veggies... so I only take them once in a while :)
I take a nature's plus one a day sustained release whole foods vitamin.  I worked in a nutrition center for awhile and had the perk of being able to get the more expensive vitamins cheap and they do in fact work better than the cheaper ones.  too bad I don't work there anymore lol now Im going to have to find a way to pay 60 for a 3 month supply when I run out but they are definitely worth the money.  My skin, hair, and just overall health has radically improved since I've started taking them.
