None.  ;-)
Thanks, yeah its seems like doctors are always going to be switching their  minds on the topic though..But  taking vitamins has been a plus for me because im a veg. Though not taking vitamins would definitely save me money lol =P
I'm veg too.  Less reason to take vitamins ... you probably eat more veggies than most people!!  (I know I do)  ;-)
I take a womans multi, B-complex and fish oil. I am thinking about adding calcium on as well since I dont ever get 3 servings of dairy a day and green tea something or another......need to look into that one a little more first though :)
i take a vegan specific multivitamin just to make sure i cover all my bases with the B vitamins and all. there's no harm in taking a multivitamin as long as it has low levels of iron, your body absorbs what it needs and flushes out the rest.

Now that I'm pretty happy with my diet, I'm starting to look at vitamin and mineral supplements.

CC Plus in the analysis tool, lets you track the basics...hover over the link for the day and your basic vitamins and minerals for the day pops up.

i take a Green Source Multi ( it has veggie extracts plus sea veggies!) a green tea extract, evening primose oil, magnesium, tumeric and pomegranate.
Flinstones chewable + iron. ;] Yep, old school!

Not certain but what you wrote seems to indicate you take multi vitamins at least 3 times a day.  It seems excessive if so. Unless you have a good reason (generally medical) one a day should be more than sufficient.  one really should have a "proper" diet since trace elements and various interactions like fiber to help regulate and buffer your system may be important.  Especially over a lifetime. There are noted  ethnicity and diet  links to diseases and cancers that do not seem to be effected by what "vitamins" one takes. For example lack of daily consumption of certain spices like tumeric in curries for east indians may increase heart problems for them when they switch to"western" diets. On top of it all I have got the impression problems with quality control (let alone outright cheating) does happen with such pills since less monitoring is done on them. So to get good quality pills you probably have to buy the more expensive vitamins.  Might as well spend it on "good" food as on excessive number of pills one is clueless about their quality.  Easier to determine how full of carotene a carrot is (compared to beans)  than to figure out if which pill is well quality controlled about vit A. Frozen broccoli since it is quickly preserved fresh from the farm may have more vitamins than days to transport  "fresh" broccoli. Enough not to need a vitamin supplement ?
i take viacin multi-vitamins- they're chocolate covered cherry flavored! =p

Apparently this site tests their vitamins thoroughly both for contaminants and for content.

Ha ha me too!  I take one of those and a chewable os-cal supplement.   I used to try to take the Women's one-a-day, but they kept making me nauseated.

On Pharmacist's advice today I started One a Day Women's over 50 and within 40 minutes was very nauseated.  I called Pharmacist and he said to have something to eat and next time to take after food, not before.  Well, I had to wait a bit to eat something - stomach wasn't happy, but i did manage an apple and will try again tomorrow after eating.  He also said to persevere for a few days to allow my body to adjust so ... I'll try.
I take Usana vitamins, as well as fish oil, calcium, and  anti-oxidants.
