Daily/ Weekly Weigh-ins
143.6 today.
I usually do an official sunday weigh-ins, but weigh myself pretty often during the week mornings to see if I'm heading in the right direction. You can post your weigh-ins here. :)

128...AGAIN. Getting really pissed off. How did I gain 4 lbs from this summer when I wasn't exercising at all (studying for the bar exam is not conducive to getting in a good workout) by exercising more and increasing my calories only slightly to compensate for the intense workouts? GRRRRR.

recently bought a scale so it was good to see the number go down (i should mention that in my since i last posted my weigh in at 132...i went up to 134 and stayed there for two weeks :(... until today.... so in effect i lost 3lbs...yay
