I am 22 years old at a hieght of 5'10" and a wieght of 120 lbs even.... I have been skinny for my whole life and I am hating it. I have problems eating large meals and if I stuff myself I will get sick. I really want to start a wieght gain process but have no idea where to start. Maybe a few high calorie recipies or something. I know it will take alot of hard work but I think I am finally ready. I am so small I can even get a reading of my body fat percentage.... thanx everyone.

okay first thing get in touch with a nutritionist/doctor if you can because you may have thyroid issues ( sometimes its overactive and you can't gain weight easily, this is treatable)
second, as for eating, you can begin with healthy calorie dense foods. these often include things like peanut butter, nuts, healthy oils ( olive), chick peas/hummus, avocados etc. thats because their volume is not large but their calorie content is. so if you have trouble with large meals, make good choices like this and you won't have to dramatically increase your food intake. but again, see with a doc first
Also, try getting calories from liquids, as they are unlikely to fill you up. Milks, juices, protein shakes, etc. are all good choices, but avoid things like soda and alcohol, which have no nutritional value.
For snacks, try apples/bananas/celery/carrots with peanut butter, fruit with yogurt, bread dipped in seasoned olive oil. You can also try making trail mixes with nuts, seeds, dried fruit, and oats. Baked tortilla chips with guacamole/bean dip is also good.
For meals, either aim to bulk or eat more calorie-heavy things. Add olive oil to pasta dishes, stir fries, or just about anything. Rice with nuts is very tasty and calorie heavy, but not too filling. I find that walnuts are the least filling of all nuts. Cheese is also great to add to just about any dish.
Another good meal idea is Mexican wraps. Use whole wheat tortillas and fill with beef or chicken, beans, guacamole, and whatever veggies you like. Don't forget the cheese! :)
