So You Think You Can Dance?

Anybody watching this show?

*secretly fears she alone is watching it - hopes she will learn to dance, sorta, kinda like that one day*

I watched it a few times.  It was fun.  I like watching people dance.  What was that show back in the 80s?  With Denny (or Danny???) Terrio (sp) who was John Travolta's instructor for Saturday Night Fever.  It was a dance contest show.

I had forgotten all about that show...

I also used to watch a show called Solid Gold...  Ever hear of it?

SOLID GOLD, wow brings back some memories... my mom would always call for my sister and I when it came on and we were outside playing. 

Never seen it, but I could probably out-DDR all of those turkeys ;D

I love that show. I am an addict. I am sooooo upset that Allison is gone, but I do love that Heidi stayed. Donyelle should be gone! I am rooting for Travis or Benji to win. I love Ivan, but he doesn't quite do it for me dance wise.

Mmmm....Travis. Have you ever seen a body move like that. It is insane. He is so strong.

Ooh, Shill, I'm so right with you. I can't decide between Benji and Travis, but I think it'll be Benji...but I love them both! And definitely Heidi. She's adorable!

I agree Shill - I think Donyelle was the worst dancer this week.  Not sure why Allison didn't appeal to people more.

Benji, Heidi and Travis are my favorites. Yeah, I think it comes down to Benji and Travis. Both amazing performers!  I hear ya about Travis... but I find that Benji is more entertaining...

The solid gold dancers would preform while pop stars would sing their latest hits. And actually, it was probably lip-synched, but I don't know.  My best friend and I used to act like we were solid gold dancers.  We didn't have the skimpy outfits, but we rolled around on the floor and smoothed our hair like they did....   LOL

I wonder what ever happened to her....  I should try to look her up.

I love love love Benji, but unfortunately the judges were right - Donyelle has been outdanced by him now. I still love their chemistry. Love Heidi, too!

I really hope Benji wins, though I am bummed that Dmitri was kicked off- he was cool. I hope Benji wins, though; he's so funny! ^^

Oh my gosh - I love So You Think You Can Dance! I think it is truly amazing how they learn those complex routines, some styles they haven't even heard of before (like when either Ashlee or Donyelle kept saying she was doing the Vietnamese Waltz?) and do it so well. It is sad that any of them have to leave - they are all winners as far as I am concerned. I think Heidi is an amazing dancer, but Benji will probably win, since at this point it is a popularity contest. I considered getting tickets for the tour they are putting together just to see them in person.

My daughter and I never missed Dance Fever.  We liked Solid Gold too.  But then I'm part of the Bandstand generation, from way back before it was American Bandstand, and way back before Dick Clark.  It was a local Philadelphia show.

I'm not terribly interested in who wins, because they are all talented.

I watch it because it's fun, even though I can't dance to save my life. XD

So I am happy with the top 4 although I am a bit surprised Dornell is still there. I mean I think she is ab great but so was the girl who got eliminated last night.

I really want Benji and Heidi to win but I think Travis is going to win this one.

I sure hope Travis wins. I LLOOOVE him.

Yeh he is pretty good. I'm only saying this because of the guy that one last yr. He was in the same dance technique like Travis and he IS pretty good.
