Dang you halloween
Kayso, my lovely body decides to be lactose intolerant and allergic to wheat, and chocolate. Most days i'm completely fine with it, but halloween hit me haaaard man. haha
i woke up this morning, and in a matter of an hour ate 2500 in chocolate. and have the WORST stomach pains in the world :/ i'm glad i won't gain too much from this, but i just plan on tea/broth and sleep for the rest of the day. i don't care that i'm in pain, it was freakin' worth it :D
who else got a bit derailed on halloween?

i normally eat like 1300 cals a day and yesterday i probably ate close to 1500 and i feel horrible ugh. the only thing i ate other than candy yesterday was a healthy choice, a jello, and a granola bar the rest was all in candy!!
but boyy was it good:], i missed eating as much candy as i wanted.
i just hope i dont gain from this...
yesterday morning i was 99lbs, and now i'm 101lbs. OH GOD. haha
but i doubt its real weigh, mostly just undigested food and retained water.
but STILL, sheet 2 pounds in a day!

I actually managed to lose 1.5 pounds over halloween week. my trick? eating foods that require more calories to digest than they give. Pumpkins and squash are in season now, so aside from a handful of chocolate and caramel last night, that was my treat :)
yeah. usually i thought i would be fine. i worked out during the day, watched what i eat since i knew we were going party hoppin and usually who would have food. since i wasn't at my apartment i was thinking... o good no drunk eating temptations. WRONG!! the party we went to had like candy, haloween cookies and cupcakes. i don't like cupcakes but of course my drunk self loved the idea of dipping the cookies in frosting. still not a bad nite. woke up this morning 112.3. not bad. no complaints. im just mad at myself for the lack of self control. another nite out tonite. NO DRUNK EATING!! hahaha
I ate like a madwoman last night, and today the scale says I lost 2.5 pounds.
That usually happens when I eat alot. I don't gain, I lose.
You think YOU guys ate too much last night! Just from 7pm-9:30pm last night I ate over like 2000 calories, and before then I had eaten over 1400. And THEN after all that I ate my homemade double chocolate cupcakes before I fell asleep... YUMM!! So you guys didn't do nothing bad at all. But I'm not worried about it at all because halloween is a time when you're supposed say who cares and eat however you want :)
:edit: kaybug, I didn't count either XP.. for all I know it could've been 3000 or 4000
I didn't even bother trying to count how many calories I consumed yesterday. XD Between 7-12AM, I consumed half of the BIG bag o' candy I got. Mostly chocolates.
It was good.
I'm slightly "over" all the candy, but then my parents bought more chocolate from the candy sale at Target. (and oreos too.) I'm tempted, but I think I did enough damage yesterday, so I'm trying to avoid said candies like plague!

I went trick or treating... and didn't eat a single piece of candy. Gave all my candy to my friends. All in all yesterday was just like every other cutting day.
beckkkahhhx3, i really hope you're being funny.. 1500 calories? Whoopy damn skip. I cut on 1800.
oh god, so where i am not only do you get free candy on halloween but it's also free burrito day at chipotle! first i got wasted off of beer, it was light beer but i'm still guessing it was 800-900 calories worth, then i got a free burrito which is like 900 calories, and then ate like 500 calories worth of candy
not to mention breakfast earlier that day
i hadn't been eating much the past couple days though cause i was sick so hopefully that was enough to gain back whatever i had lost but not so much that i gained from it! (i'm trying to mantain)
