Something tells me you didn't eat enough protein today....you are eating wasted calories and that is why you are not full.
nope- i had some egg whites, and i had some black beans as well...
Salad. Eat lots. It's low calorie and should fill you up. Be careful with the dressing though. I use Kraft Calorie Wise Creamy Cucumber and it's 20cal/2g fat for 1tbsp...not bad at all! With the lettuce I just put in carrots, cucumber, and green peppers. Simple and fast to make when I'm starving!
PLUS, I'm sure you can go to 1300cal, or even a little moer (1350) and still lose weight. A little more calories won't throw you completely off track.
If you're really worried, eat up at 1500cal today, and then just make sure you work out and burn about 300 cal.

Try and eat lots of fruit and veg to fill yourself up, and don't stress about it.. one "bad" day won't ruin your diet!
i get like that i have started to have less cals in the day and have a larger dinner fills me up till following moring ..........its hard work but i would luv to see the fat fall off lol
Broccoli helps fill me up and its low cal. Going a little over isnt going to hurt you. Remember it takes 3,500 calories above maintenance to gain a pound.
yeah ik one day wont hurt but i already went over by like 400 on saturday.
Eat a healthy dinner and take a walk. Don't skip a meal just because it's going to push you over. It's better to eat and then exercise to burn off the excess.
at 5"8" and about 120 lbs I wouldn't be to worried... That is tiny. I recommend just eating a healthy dinner! Skipping meals is never a good idea.
Go for a run (or any high calorie burning exercise) then eat a small dinner, or one loaded with veggies, and not so much meat and starches so it'll be lower calories.
are you hungry? or craving somthing? sometimes i have to check in with myself and decide what the issue is. if you are just craving somthing try brushing your teeth or chewing some gum, nothing tastes that great after a strong minty flavour in your mouth.
if you are actually hungry i would suggest what others have and eat a low cal 'bulky' food ie: vegetables and then incoroprate some extra physical activity
good luck!
HANG IN THERE, IT'S TOUGH!!

i second the broccoli suggestion. if i find that i go over, i just pop in the frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots veggies into the microwave and eat it. it's 40 cals per cup and the body takes up almost more energy to digest it, so it's one of those negative calorie foods. some chicken breast won't hurt you either.
You could have a bowl of oatmeal (approximately 130-160 cals) and then go for a nice, relaxing, hour-long walk. According to this site, a leisurely stroll such as this will burn about 160 calories....there goes your oatmeal! And I've personally found that oatmeal keeps me full for ages.
Good luck!
at 5 8 and 14 years old you should not have to worry about calories. Eat until you are full. You are still growing. Just make good food choices and stay active. I think teens need more than 1200 for their bodies because they are going through growth spurts and a lot of bodily changes at that time. Also you are shooting for an unhealthy weight. The BMI of 115 and 5 8 is under 18. Talk to your family or someone that you can trust.
drink lots of water!!!!!
