Danny's Pumpkin Soup Recipe

Yummy easy to make pumpkin soup

Ingredients
1 kg butternut pumpkin
2 potatos
1 onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
100 g thickened cream
1 tbsp cumin
2 1/2 cups liquid vegitable stock
Directions
  1. chop all the vegies and fry them off

  2. add stock

  3. blitz everything

  4. add cream and cumin
