Dark Chocolate
I used to hate dark chocolate as a kid, now I love it. The best I've had is Lindt 85% Dark. Has anyone else tried it?

Same here, although I haven't dared venture above 70% I like dipping it in tea as I find the texture isn't as satisfying if you just eat it straight - doesn't melt properly in your mouth.
Yeah I like it a lot. I usually buy the endangered species bars. The 70% with cocoa nibs and 88% dark are my favorites.
You should definitely give Milka a try. It's European stuffs, I believe.

Since I'm on a diet, and since I love chocolate, I usually eat chocolate bars 3 times a week and I usually get the Hershey's special dark. It's not that bad calorie wise and its very good for your health.
The Hershey Special Dark bars have 21g of sugar per serving and are watered down with milk. Real dark chcocolate only has about half as much sugar.
In any event, I wouldn't eat 3 bars of chocolate a week, especially if I was on a diet.
I'm still losing 2-4 pounds a week so it must not be that bad.
dark chocolate is high in fiber, protein, iron, antioxidants, and healthy fats, so in moderation its good for you
The good dark chocolates are expensive, though! But maybe I should use that as a dieting tool; tell myself I can have chocolate, but only the high-quality expensive kind, so it's cost-prohibitive to overindulge!
dark chocolate has a place in a diet. The calories in it just need to be cut out elsewhere.
Chocolate is in fact very good for you if you keep away from the sugar-laden low quality stuff. You get more chocolate for your money in teh 70% cocoa and above.
The fine 70% cocoa versus the average Mars bar is like comparing a fine bordeaux to grape flavored koolaid. Don't condemn one for the flaws of the other.

lindt is nice.. Ritter Sport is also good. i cant find it in the US though... if you ever find yourself in berlin dont deny yourself a trip to statmitte to buy Rausch chocolate.. they have one i really like that is 75% cocoa-- they do have some that go higher than that. everything they sell above 60 is fantastic, so you cant go wrong
I work in NYC and we have Ritter Sport at the snack shop in my building. Point is, you can potentially find it.
I don't like chocolate as a general rule, but ooooh, when PMS strikes, 2 squares of something extra dark just hits the spot!!

dove is divineeeeeee
I love the Lindt 85%! It's delicious. Have you tried the Orange and Dark Chocolate? It's higher in calories but so good. I'm also crazy about Dagoba's Lavendar and Dark Chocolate (sounds weird but really good) and Chocolove bars.
