Date stamp of when a person last logged in so you can send a PM

When creating a PM to a member is it possible to tell when the last time they were on so you know if they haven't been on in a while.  I use to go to my profile and click on the friends I have and then their ID, but it seems so cumbersome.  Seems like when you are addressing an PM to them that is should come up then.  Is this a possiblity?

Any suggestion with the new set up how to do it?

If you go to their profile, it's just to the right of their picture, on the line under the Member Since date.

 Yes.  This is the only way I know how to check it.  It's not a function that appears when writing a PM to someone.

Thanks for the response. I was hoping that it would come up when you were typing a NEW email to them next to their picture.  I reckon this is not the case.  Sorry it took so long to respond.  Alot of things going on in our house.
