If you eat normally and avoid sodium when possible it will work itself out. I wouldn't stress over 4 pounds.

im trying not too. but its really frustrating. im not sure if its from my period (im on my last day) or from eating not the healthiest the a week ago (vacation) or maybe a combination of both.

You are a healthy weight so I wouldn't stress over the scale too much. Small fluctuations are normal, they are going to happen no matter what. Nobody can see those measly 4 pounds anyways. Like I said, don't stress over it.

Make sure you are exercising and drinking water as well as avoiding excess sodium.

But it will go away.

i don't have much patience for this lol.

Try going no sodium for the next 2 days with exercise and sauna (if you have access to it) you should be able to sweat out the 4 pounds.

Midol and coffee works for me. Coffee's caffeine and Midol's anti-bloat ingredient makes you pee out the extra water.

im going to take some midol right now (:

I need to look into midol for that anti bloat. I get so full feeling about 1.5 weeks before my period.

go for a run and sweat alot. Also keep a bottle of water with you so you can keep your water levels normal. Usually you have water weight cause of excess sodium and/or not enough water in your system.

im not sure if it actually works but give it a try lol.
