I started eating better and recording my diet on the 26th, and this morning i woke up 4 pounds lighter ( since i checked on the 26th ) i ate fairely well and walked 2 of those days. should i be exited or is this impossible and just water weight?
Well Congrats to you....and in my mind, I would be ecstatic and give two hoots if it was water or actual!! Keep up the good work!
Hey, I started on this site on Jan 6th and I didn't weigh myself for the first week, and when I stepped on the scale after the first week, I found that I had lost 6 lbs, and I had the same reaction as you. I thought that my scale must be broken, or I had mis-weighed myself so I tried again and again and kept getting the same result. I was absolutely ecstatic, and you should be too! 4 lbs is awesome so keep up the good work!
I have to agree that water weight is still weight and any loss is something to be excited about! You'll know for sure next week or whenever you do your weigh-ins. I found that you have to keep it consistant...if you do your weigh-in in the morning before you eat, then keep it that way, don't compare it to a weight at the end of a day. Keep up the good work...it's a slow process, take your victories everywhere you can! Best wishes!
