Hi back! I am not sure what would be good for maximum results, and I am certainly by no means an expert in fitness, but I though I would let you know what I do, since I workout 6 days a week as well. (I workout with my brother and he knows all these exercises and proper form so he is kind of my "personal trainer". And it is nice to be able to spot one another.)

Anyways, I do legs one day. And then one or two of any of the following muscle groups for the other 5 days:

- upper back

- lower back

- chest

- triceps

- biceps

- traps

- shoulders

We make sure to cover all of the above muscle groups in the 5 days (without repeating them). For example, one week would look like:

Monday: Chest

Tuesday: Upper back and traps

Wednesday: Triceps and Biceps

Thursday: Legs

Friday: Shoulders

Saturday: Lower back

Sunday: Break

We mix and match as we please and toss in some abs or weighted abs about two times a week. (A lot of exercises (like squats and deadlifts) already encourage ab work.) Good luck!
