It's been about 10 days and no weight loss

Quote  |  Reply

I was losing 0.2 pounds everyday for the first five days but I gained it all back within one day. (1 pound)

I have been eating less than 1500 calories a day. I exercise almost everyday. I do the Jillian Michaels 25 minute work out everyday and I even started adding cardio to it every other day.

My calorie intake ranges but never over 1500 and my calorie burn  ranges 2100-2400.

What am I doing wrong?

Are you drinking a good amount of water and getting a good (B or higher) nutrition grade each day with your foods?

Well ten days is not very long and you could very well be having a high weight day...our bodies fluctuate and that one pound that you lost could be gone again tomorrow. Give it some time and don't change anything just yet. 2-3 weeks is a minimum to wait before you modify things. Stay positive and stick in there and you'll see results.
