DC Get-Together August 25-26

I'd like to announce the next Washington DC Official Get-Together. Our Canadian friend Glinda will be flying down from Canadia to come visit us and we figured it was as good a time as any to get as many DC area C-C'ers together.

No details yet on times and locations.

I might be able to make it!  I had a talk with my doc and he says everything looks good.  My next appointment isn't until late September, but things are stable, no worse than before.  And... I won't have to lug an oxygen tank!

What would be the best airport to fly into?  I have no idea on this area.  Reagan?  I'm trying to get a ballpark for the price.  Also, which area for a hotel.

We can get you here from Reagan, Dulles or BWI.. look at prices and see what you can find! :)

I'll let you know in a couple of weeks if I can make it down there.  I would like to make it if I could.

THis is getting likelier and likelier for me.  I found a flight into Reagan plus a hotel near Reagan for $416.  

Reagan is near where I work. Find out if the hotel is metro accessable. :)

I don't see anything about metro accessible.  It's a 1/2 west of Reagan.  It's the hyatt regency crystal city.
