I'd like to announce the next Washington DC Official Get-Together. Our Canadian friend Glinda will be flying down from Canadia to come visit us and we figured it was as good a time as any to get as many DC area C-C'ers together.

Hey guys, I still plan on making it out, but I can only stick around for a bit (my best friend is being induced on Saturday, and I'm supposed to attend--I keep hoping that she'll go into natural labor before then, but it's not looking good at this point).  If you're still going strong later, I'd love to meet back up with you :)

I found my metro map and guide book from last time!  I have my weekend all plotted out. 

Which one of those menu choices do you think has the least amount of sodium?  I'm not so worried about calories for just that one meal.

I'm leaving at 10 am today.  I hope to be in DC early enough to go to the Freer and Hirschorn museums.  My favorite art lives there.  See you all at lunch on Saturday!

Woohoo!  I get to see Ben tonight, then everyone else tomorrow!  I'm really looking forward to it!

ugh.  i even got off work to come and suprise you all, but my sitter is in the hospital as of today!  And I dont feel completely comfortable taking the baby to someone I've never been.  Unless my mom magically pulls throuigh at 8 AM tomorrow... I won't be coming ;-(

Leaving in a few minutes for the drive to the New Carrollton metro station.  I'm bouncing off the walls and I've only had one cup of coffee.
