How to do deal with being unmotivated???

I have been struggleing this whole training season with motivation, not to run but to cross train and do strength training.  This week I am just over half way through my training plan and seemd to have hit a motivation wall.  I'm lucky this is my easy week, next week I start building my mileage again.


Just wondering how do make/trick yourself into keeping on track?  It can be for the run themself or the other things that you "should" be doing?

Motivating myself, especially to get out and run on dark, cold, wet mornings is a challenge.  I always remind myself that "I have never regretted going out for run.  I am always so pleased when I am finished"  I ALWLAYS HAVE REGRET WHEN I ALLOW MYSELF TO MISS MY RUN.  I hate that feeling as I tend to beat myself up for the rest of the day.
