Does any one else take deca slim. I am supposed to take two a day but I only take one and am struggling to eat which I know is not a good thing as it will slow my metabolism down. Am eating but have to make a consious effort to do so. Am interested in how it may affect others.

What do ou mean your struggling?? You have no appetite?? I just ordered Deca Slim... I'm very excited for m package! Have you lost any weight so far??

Yay there is someone out there on deca slim!!

I have only been on it for a week. I was not looking for a sliming pill but it popped up when I was looking at a slimming site and sounded really healthy, with lots of positive feedback so I thought I would give it a try.

Some days I am just not hungry, others are not so bad. I lost 4.4kgs (approx 10 lbs) in the first week. That is quite a big loss and probably not good to continue losing that fast.

I try to base my food around the top 10 -20 superfoods,  and exercise 5 - 6 days a week.

I actually started taking Decaslim about a month and a half ago to go along with my regular diet and exercise routine.  I honestly did not know that I was losing weight until a number of my colleagues started to point it out.  The crazy thing is that even new hires noticed who had only been with the company for a month!  Then I went to the store to try on the same slacks that I tried on last month (which were too tight at the time) and they completely fit!  That was when I knew something new had to be affecting my weight loss for such a change to occur in a month.  I am preparing to order another bottle and can't wait.  I do notice that i get hungrier after taking the pill which is an obvious effect of metabolic increase, so I have apples, almonds, and string cheese for those moments.  I'll also drink skim milk to appease my hunger as that tends to take the edge off without compromising my weight loss.

I have a question about it.

What happens when you reach your goal weight? Do you stop taking it because it is a "weight loss aid" and not a maintenance aid?

What are the chances of gaining back some of the weight after you stop taking it?

Honestly, I do not feel like weight gain will be an assue post Decaslim.  I consider the fact that it simply aids in increasing the burn and once the goal weight is reached, so long as you maintain a healthy diet and proper eating habits, your metabloism continues at the rate you've adjusted it to.  I've even had trainers tell me that they have gone through seasons where they simply didn't have the time in their schedules to hit the gym but they maintained their healthy eating practices and weight gain never occured.  I know for me personally that I lost 30lbs at the end of last year and when the holidays hit, my diet went out the window!  And once I started eating poorly I let it go on for 2 whole months (without exercise)!  I was sure I would wake up one morning back at my original 205lbs.  But that didn't happen.  I gained maybe 5lbs back but got back on my proper eating habits and a regular workout (less aggressive than previously) and am now down another pant size.  I learned that once your metabolism has adjusted to the new rate you establish through your routine, it keeps going baby!  it'll eventually slow down if neglected for too long but I wouldn't worry about gaining it back if you make your exercise and diet your new way of living, regardless for a slimming pill.

Hey guys!

I havnt heard of Deca Slim until now, and i'm really interested. I've heard of Acai Berry before, but never this. I really want to lose weight, just to feel confident again, and not be afraind of camera's (hehe).

About how much can you lose a month on this diet supplimet, and what kind of excersize do you need to do?

Well, I simply added the DecaSlim as my fat burner to my existing diet and exercise routine.  But I tend to spend 30 minutes day 5 days a week working out.  Running one day, doing weights and resistance training another day, core synergystics another day, ect.  I get bored with the same stuff all the time and giving myself options helps me remain consistant even on days that I don't feel like working out.  Plus my weight loss kicked into high gear when I started incorporating weights and its completely changed my body to where everyone comments on how toned and great I look!  But no one believes that I only work out for 30 minutes a day :-).  I don't really weigh myself but I instead go by how my clothes fit due to all the weight training.  So what I can say is that I dropped 1 whole pant size in the month that I added DecaSlim and I've never lost weight that quickly before.

I just ordered Decaslim two weeks ago. I took the fat flush for two days which did nothing and then started the decaslim. I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference, except I do have more energy. I lost five pounds the first week and haven't weighed yet this week. I didn't do anything different the first week. I ate all the junk food I usually eat. This week I am starting a low calorie diet and I am starting to exercise. I have 35 lbs. to lose.

Thats great!

I have about 75lbs to loose, and I'm reallyi nterested in DecaSlim or sometthing like that. Let me know how its working for you.

I'm all excited now! Eeek!

Take the money you were going to spend on diet pills, put it in a piggy bank.  Eat reasonably (whole grains, protein, healthy fats) for a few weeks.  Compare your before and after pictures...take the money and go buy a flattering top.  Your results will be about the same and you'll have a new piece of clothing that fits.

You'll notice that the ads for these pills say that people lose 18lbs in 2 weeks!  Not that they've been taking it for 3 years and losing 18lbs every 2 weeks.  That's not body fat, that's water weight for the most part.  Most people lose weight more rapidly in the first few weeks of any diet and exercise regime and then taper off.  If you get it off and keep it off you're going to have to make modifications to your diet and exercise, start now and you'll save yourself a bit of money and learn how to eat healthy nutritious food along the way.

Do you know if decaslim is healthy for people in their older teens?

I don't see why it would be a problem, but I don't know.  Sorry

I just started Deca Slim and I was wondering if I am supposed to take the fat flusher first.

well I have not but aside from that it is my third day and I am feeling better then normal. I work 30 hours a week and go to college full time. Basically I struggle to get enough sleep and eat right. Today I have been up since 5:30am and have not napped (which I normally do.)

The directions on the back indicate that you take 12 ounces of water with each pill. I know a lot of people do not get the recommended amount of water and for me this pill has definitely helped me drink a lot of water. My comment is that how can the first week be water weight if the pill wants you to drink plenty of water with each pill. 8 ounces is one out of the 8 servings you are supposed to drink daily and with each pill you drink 1 and a half servings of water. In total you take at least 3 servings of water. I do not think that the first week is solely water.

'Water weight' is not weight from drinking water, but rather the amount or water that your body holds onto if it feel dehydrated. This is called water retention.

Having too much salt, or not drinking enough water can make your body hold on to all the fluid it can... therefore, when you drink enough water your body realises it can have all the fluid it needs, and lets the water weight go.

Based on this, it would make sense that a pill that encourages you to drink more water, would also help you lose the water retention. Simply drinking the water anyway may have allowed you to lose the same weight!!

This is a very simple explanation, but google water retention and you'll probably get more info.

That makes sense. But are you saying that I when I lose water retention and I am drinking extra water I would lose only the water retention? If I keep drinking the same amount of water will I continue to lose weight not by just the water retention? I hope that made sense. Its good that the pill says to drink water right?

I will let you know. I am 19 and am taking the pill

I just started taking deca slim and have a question for others using it.  Does anyone feel a little light headed or "spacy" about 20 minutes after taking it?  haha

btw, I did the fat flush that comes with deca slim and it did absolutely nothing for me.  Here's hoping that the actual pill works out better.

I just started taking Decaslim about a week ago. The last couple of days I have been feeling a little light-headed, but I thought it was just me (it's also that time of the month). But now I'm curious to know if it has anything to do with the Decaslim.

I just received mine in the mail yesterday!  Today is the first day I am on it and I can't wait to see if it works.  I read a TON of reviews about it from quite a few different sites and there was nothing negative that I found.  Even the people who didn't lose a significant amount of weight had more energy and better skin....sounds like a win either way to me!

I didn't notice any light headedness when I took my pill - but I have a cold so I am pretty light headed anyway.  But it is definitely something that I will look out for once my cold clears up.

I am currently on about 1300-1400 calories per day and working out 5-6 days per week....in 8 weeks I have lost about 8lbs.  I am really hoping to get a boost from the Deca Slim!

This stuff worked wonders for the first 6 days but after day 6 or 7 after the second pill, I would get extremely tired and lightheaded. I took only one pill in the next couple days but it's not enough to suppress my appetite.

I'd like to go back on two but am afraid to feel that way again.

Anyone know which ingredients could be causing this as I should be desensitized to the caffeine.

Is anyone else still getting lightheaded on this?
