Sorry It took me so long to post teams, I have been so busy with school plus I have been getting over the flu. Let's make weigh ins every Thursday.

A pretty good month! I made my first goal of 25 pounds lost. Only 50 to go. I was SOOO good over Christmas - portion control all the way. Lost 1.2 this week, but have 2 more holiday get-togethers and a birthday coming up. Wish me luck!
