Hey TEAM 1,

Let's pump up the volume and start losing some poundage. 

 

This week has been exceptionally busy for me with school plus I am getting over the flu. As much as the flu sucks, it actually helped me to lose a little extra for the week, but now I am back to my normal habits and I can work out again which is awesome. 

I started doing a 20-minute high impact cardio workout everyday but sometimes I feel that isn't enough. 

What kinds of work-outs do you guys do?

How are you guys doing with your diets?

I hope your flu has gone away.

20 minutes of cardio per day is great - keep it up!

My normal work-out routine is biking to school...but the term is about to end. So Im going to be starting the "Couch to 5K" running program as soon as my finals are over on Wednesday. Its been a looong time since Ive done any running so the "couch" part in the title is a pretty accurate description of my starting point - haha.

My week has been kind of busy also with finals and all that this week. My normal work out routine is doing the 30 day shred. I really really enjoy doing. Azirra is that like a dvd that you do the "Counch to 5K"? it sounds like something cool to do cuz i really enjoy running also

Oooh Ive been wanting to try 30 day shred too. I keep seeing threads about it on the fitness section.

Couch to 5K is just a schedule for how to start running. As far as I know there arent any DVDs that go along with it but there is this cool podcast that includes instructions and fast-tempo music to run to.

I highly reccommend the shred if you want to try it!! Hmm i will check those podcasts out.

Hi! I am kind of getting discouraged. i find myself doing ok durng the day but once the night comes i start eating like crazy. I cant bring myself to exercise either. I am stuck in a rut. how are you doing
