just wanted to say hi.
Now a new starting to yet another week is here. If you want me (or someone else) to do a GROUP TOTAL WEIGHT than I need everyone's weight for this week in by Saturday. Then I'm wanting to post our GROUP TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS on Sunday.
The info I need is:
-Jan's stat off weight
-Your now weight
Mine was 178, and is now 171
Other than that how was everyone's weekend? Tell me what you said NO to this week :)
I said NO to my hubby :) LOL!!! No chocolate eaten here this weekend. I did get my 8y old and 4y old to do 3 Richard Simmons songs with me. It was funny :) Then we used the balls to do push ups ect... We had fun :)

Whats been going on?
Hi there! Still at 173. I haven't had gym access for the last week or so because our company made some changes. Now with all new forms filed I should be working out again for the rest of the week. Here's hoping for some weight loss by Friday weigh in.
Finally some movement on the scale this week! Today I'm 170. Woohoo! Goal for next week is to break into the 160s. How was everyone else's week?
