how did you decide on your login names?

I was just wondering - how did people come up with the log-in names for their accounts?

My dad when i was younger used to read me a book called "fattypuffs and thinnifers" by Rohald Dahl and hence the nickname "fattypuff" - i was quite chubby at the time.

Would anyone like to share how they came up with theirs?

PS one day he will call me "thinnifer"

My name is Sylvia.  And I got "sly" from Sylvester Stallone.  (His nickname is Sly).  Sylvia/Sylvester, both kinda close...so I took on "sly" as a nickname.  Bond is my last name.  Hence, slybond.

Suldrun is a name I got from a book by Jack Vance called Suldruns Garden. I have always liked the name.

by the way, fattypuff is the cutest name lol I love it.

"Back to Basics" is the name of my favorite Christina Aguilera album (her newest). It's also the first concert of hers I went to (the "Back to Basics Tour").

But also...I like it because back to basics also refers to my return to healthy/normal eating like "well it's back to basics" or back to the drawing board if that makes sense?? lol

like the Beatles song, "Revolution 9", except I think that was taken. ><

Well I joined this site to help me stay motivated.  The 320 was my start weight. 

I didn't out much thought into mine.  I really wasn't planning on using the message board here much when I signed up.  I just was going to use this site to log calories.  Thus I went with Fit Dan since I wanted to get fit.   Well eventually I started chatting on here under that not-quite-so-creative name lol.

gypsierose lee is an old stripper- my dog is named gypsierose lee.  I don't know why we came up with it.

beachwalker is my yahoo ID.  When I lived on the coast of Maine, I walked the beach every chance I had.

my son's name is Fox and im his mama

My nephew couldn't say my name (Laura) so he would call me auntie Lola.  Cutest thing ever.  and the numbers were just random as i think plain old Lola was taken already!

I've just always used this.. It's my Livejournal name and an assortment of other login's elsewhere.  I've always liked dragons, and probably always will - and I've always been a little 'fluffy' myself.  Maybe I can change it to "Sleekdragon" when I get to my goal weight : ).

And "fluffy" makes everything cuter.

i thought of this name in 5th grade, it was the romanization (not really but it sounds like it) of my first name Kyle.

MinBin - is my car

serious. It's a family tradition that all mini's be called MinBins. It started with my mum's friend when she was about my age, he had a mini that was falling apart so it was a minbin. It stuck.

The FM stand for 'finally me'.  I finally feel like myself again after getting off hormonal birth control (which is EVIL), going on accutane to clear my skin (best stuff ever), and starting to eat healthy and loose weight.

Once upon a time......

I was sobbing my eyes out, and my mom came up to me and asked

Mom:  what's the matter honey, why are you crying?
Karen:  Nobody loves me.
Mom:  scooping me up on her lap, she asked, why do you say that?
Karen:  in between sobs, I said, everybody's name has "ie" on the end of it....Mommy, Daddy, Cathie, Bobbie, Bonnie.  and my name just goes clunk>>>>Karen
Mom:  wiping away my tears, she says, I can fix that, we'll just call you Karenie.

I have been Karenie ever since.
