I am in control of what I eat, the food is not in control of me. Even though I don't have a lot of weight to lose, my weight has been increasing over the year and its  better to lose 10 pounds now than 40 pounds later. If I lose 10 pounds, I don't need to go get more clothes I could wear the ones I have now.  I'll feel better, I'll look better, I'll feel better about myself. I can do it!

Stay on track- I feel like eating but I wil have a drink instead. I have some Crystal Light (or something) I'll make that. I'll brush my teeth, I'll move into the back room away from the kitchen.  I should have gone out but because it now gets dark at 5pm - I didn't feel like going back out there.

I did it!  I made it through the day and this is the beginning of something beautifulKiss
