Deep Water Aquacize

Quote  |  Reply

I recently started going to deep water aquacize, and I want to know how to log it into cc.

It's an aquacize class where you wear the buoyancy belt and jog around the pool for an hour while doing aerobic moves as you go. So it's like shallow but in deep water. I'm wondering if it burns more or less than shallow aerobics. I would assume more since you're constantly moving and have 100% water resistance, but then you don't support your body weight.

Any clues or hints other than heart rate monitor?

I'm bumping this because I have the same question, and just spent twenty minutes searching the forums for the answer.

I started doing the deep water aquafit, but I'm doing it with paddles and fins, but no buoyancy belt. I think it's a harder workout, but I have no idea how many calories I'm burning in an hour.
