We all agree that the calorie deficit is important. . .even vital. Could we get a chart that shows how we're doing on this like the burn meter and calorie meter? It would be nice to be able to set, instead of or in addition to a calorie intake goal, a deficit goal. That way I can see at a glance that if my burn meter continues as projected and I want a deficit of 400 calories I can/should still eat X calories. I know I can figure this using the available information, but I think it would be easier to have it listed. I like pictures ![]()

I think it's a great idea and I've been asking for it and bugging the developers and posting about it forever :).
Seriously, though, it's THE most important number for losing weight. But maybe they don't want us to focus on it to the extent that we forget about nutrition 'for your own protection'...?
The tech-savvy among us could get an excel function together to do it... if it were easy enough to export our past data to Excel or other spreadsheets (but then they might be afraid we could take our info and use it on a different site)
Anyway, this is THE best site for calorie counting and watching what you eat and do, PERIOD. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE it! But it could, like anything or anyone we love, be just a *little* better. So we suggest, beg, and nag in this forum :)
