impressive but i'm assuming you're wanting suggestions for improvements...
try getting some protein with your grapes. maybe a yogurt or some nuts would be good.
add some veggies to your lunch, maybe some lettuce or something on your sandwich or some grilled veggies with olive oil for healthy fats.
add some whole grains to dinner...maybe 1/2 cup brown rice or pasta.
My thoughts ... too, many carbs ... if you wanna lose weight.
Instead of granola ... eat raw almonds
skip the banana = fat ... instead, eat an apple
grapes = sugar ... instead veggies/carrot sticks(with dip is okay)
