    I've joined a couple of these types of groups but have noticed that the participation level is low.  I hope this will be different because I am definately serious about losing weight.

    Plan: Eat little meals every 2-3 hours, lots of fruits, veggies and water, limited whole grains, very little ice cream/candy (if the craving is really bad), absolutely NO fast food, and exercise 4-5 days a week for 1 hour a night (30 min cardio and 30 min weight lifting).

    I have a food journal in my profile. I'm hoping for some motivating comments in the future. =)

    6. Plan:  Eating better such as cutting out - "white foods", fried or processed foods, all pops (even diet, save once in awhile if out to eat). Adding - whole grains, more veggies & fruits, heart healthy fats. Learning - REAL portion control, healthy alternatives, to forgive myself for slip ups and occasional lack of willpower. Exercising 5-7 days a week, with 3 days of weight/strength training.
    Oh...and I quit smoking in May =) Which is great, but my metabolism is probably bonkers right now - I gave up my daily caffeine too!

    Plan:  I'm in with luzing...Diabetic exchange diet given by my nutritionist.  So far its working.  Lots of veggies and fruit.  Exercise 3 x a week and drinking lots of water.
